Nutritional scientist with a PhD from UC Davis and extensive research and advisory experience in academia and international organizations. Author of over 70 peer-reviewed publications in the fields of nutritional epidemiology, micronutrient deficiencies, metabolomics, and food security. International experience includes expert advisory roles at FAO, WFP, and UNICEF, leading data analysis, designing nutrition information systems, and informing evidence-based policy. Currently advancing a productive international research agenda with a focus on translational nutrition science and global health impact.
